After nearly 30 years working across national and global institutions—building teams, designing localized solutions, starting up field programs, building capacity, and bridging communities—I’ve learned that cultural sensitivity is central to leadership and organizational success. Diverse teams can solve complex problems, but only when people engage differences with intention and understanding. Without a cultural lens, even strong leaders face blind spots, missed opportunities, and challenges with trust, morale, and communication that ultimately undermine performance and potential.​

 

I founded CultureBridge Partners to help leaders and teams bridge perspectives, build cultural intelligence, tailor approaches and products to different cultures and communities, and strengthen collaboration for partnerships and impact that lasts.

 

We equip organizations with cultural insight, practical tools for communication and empathy, and frameworks that improve teamwork, partnership, and problem-solving across sectors. Drawing on deep experience in national security, governance, peace and security, economic growth, and the private sector, we bring a rare blend of analytical, operational, and relational expertise.
