CultureBridge Partners, LLC is committed to ensuring that our website, digital products, training materials, and client-facing services are accessible, inclusive, and usable for all individuals, including people with disabilities. CultureBridge Partners strives to meet or exceed the requirements of:

  • Colorado’s Digital Accessibility Law (HB21-1110), which requires all public-facing digital resources to meet or exceed WCAG standards and uphold the rights of individuals with disabilities

We view accessibility as a civil rights commitment and a foundational part of our

Standards We Follow

To provide accessible and equitable digital experiences, we align our web content and documents with:

Actions We Are Taking to Ensure Accessibility

CultureBridge Partners is actively working to ensure accessibility by:

  • Designing and maintaining our website using accessibility-first principles

  • Conducting periodic accessibility reviews and using tools to identify barriers

  • Ensuring compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies

  • Providing text alternatives for images, diagrams, and multimedia

  • Maintaining accessible PDF, Word, and presentation formats upon request

  • Using plain language, culturally inclusive content, and readable formatting

  • Reviewing client training materials for accessible design and delivery

Ongoing Compliance Efforts

Accessibility is a continuous process. As Colorado’s accessibility requirements evolve, and as WCAG standards advance, we will:

  • Update our digital content to reflect new guidance

  • Train staff and partners on accessible content creation

  • Implement corrective actions when accessibility issues are identified

  • Review third-party platforms used in service delivery for compliance
