Founder and Principal Advisor
Founder Claire Sneed brings nearly three decades of international organizational and cross-cultural living, adapting, strategy, programming, and training experience. She has trained civilian and military audiences on a range of topics, including conflict analysis, gender analysis, systems-based approaches to understanding complex operating environments. She has built diverse teams and fostered team and community-based conflict resolution. She's worked in and supported organizational change in government, NGOs, and multinational institutions. Having lived and worked in over a dozen countries, Claire brings deep sensitivity to the often unseen impacts of cultural blind spots, and the power of cultural awareness to forging dynamic, fully engaged teams and creative solutions to complex and "wicked" problems. CultureBridge Partners stands ready to listen to any potential client or partners challenges, tailor a one-off or sustained package of support, design and deliver projects and policy initiatives that unlock potential, improve cross-cultural relationships, and enable the conditions for change and growth.
